All of our hand made products have a limited lifetime warranty. If it breaks we will fix it. If you purposely abuse it, repair/replacement service will be on a case by case basis. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to uncooperative clients and customers.
We carefully inspect each item before it ships out to ensure it meets both, our standards , and yours. If your product does not live up to expectations let us know and we will do our best to resolve your issues. There is no money back guarantee nor refund but we will work with you till we get it right.
We ship out all items in a timely fashion via USPS. We will not be held responsible for delays in transit.
Do not attempt to fix the holster yourself, unless you have been given the permission or instructions to do so. Doing so may void your warranty.
Due to the custom nature of this product we highly recommend you inspect your cart before submitting your order. Make sure it is exactly what you wish to have us craft. Once its received you will NOT be able to alter your order if work has begun. This ensures that both parties are on the same page and you get the perfect holster.
Order Cancellations: In the event you wish to cancel your order you will be billed a 10% processing. Once work has already started if you wish to cancel you will be charged 50% of your order to cover cost in labor, materials, and packaging.
*** VIP/Rush work orders go into production almost immediately so once work has begun it cannot be changed. You will be charged a 50% restocking fee if you attempt to cancel VIP and Rush Orders. Please be 100% about what you want before selecting the VIP/rush options available.***
