All of our hand-crafted products have a conditional lifetime warranty. If it breaks, we will fix it. If you purposefully abuse it, then repair/replacement services are on a case-by-case basis. Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure that it meets both our standards, and yours. All items are shipped in a timely fashion via USPS. We are not responsible for any delays encountered during transit.
If your product does not live up to expectations, let us know and we will do our best to resolve your issues. Because all sales are final, we will work with you until we get it right and you are satisfied with your product.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we recommend that you inspect your cart and all holster options before submitting your order. Once your order is received, you will be unable to make any changes if work has begun.
Order Cancellations: In the event that you wish to cancel your order before work has started, you will be billed a 10% processing fee. If work on your product is already underway and you wish to cancel, then you will be charged for 50% of your order to cover the cost in labor, materials, and packaging.
*** VIP/RUSH orders go into production almost immediately. Once work has begun, it cannot be changed. You will be charged a 50% restocking fee if you cancel VIP and Rush orders. Please make sure you are 100% certain about what you want before selecting the VIP/RUSH options that are available. ***
