MKiii are the light bearing versions of the MKii. If you need a RTI compatible holster with a light(HANGER #35 MUST BE PURCHASED FROM GCODE, NOT INCUDED). This is your rig. Want it to work with Bladetech accessories? It can do that too. If you want to run this set up without an annoying drop leg order it with the Proctor Offset drop Mount. It will put the top of the slide relative to the belt line and away from your body about 1/2″.
The MKiii holster can now be ordered with a Level 2 Bladetech WRS Type hood locking mechanism for a secondary retention method.
PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU HAVE A RED DOT OR RMR IN NOTES BEFORE CHECK OUT

This is just one of the many OTG Hex holsters that I own!!!
I’ve carried my P365 in the ADR MKi with Mid sweat guard for about four years now, seven days a week, and I’m typically wearing a fitted tee or polo. I’ve also shot several two-day pistol courses and two local USPSA matches from concealment using this holster. Zero complaints and highly recommended for anyone carrying P365/G43/Shield/Hellcat etc. It’s a very versatile holster and depending on what I’m wearing and how discrete I need to be, I’ve carried it behind the hip, just forward, and appendix, with my typical position being slightly forward of the hip. The plastic clip is just starting to lose tension so I’m replacing it with a metal HLR Discreet Gear Clip. The holster itself is in remarkably good condition and I expect at least another four years of daily use out of it. It’s an excellent and very comfortable holster that’s built to last.
MY GO TO company.I’m a firearms instructor and have many different classes I teach as well as take. Have tried to use often but chapped my hide. Have a lot of other OTG gear and happy with all. First foray into appendix carry was theADR mkviii with light-SW 4.5 “ with surefire 300a x-lots of extra length there.
Was ok but chaffed my groin so didn’t use often. After a few years of wishing holster was better suited to
Me. I finally got smart and a saw-trimmed corners and smothed edges with wife’s nail file. The gun, light and holster combo is all I now use. I carry on trips and at times it’s 16+ hours of driving and hardly an uncomfortable moment.
I LOVE my off the grid gear.
I’ve tried a lot of holsters in my life. The MKViii with the modwing is by far the best concealing holster I’ve ever had/tried. I have ZERO printing with this holster. I’ll definitely be getting a MKViii for all of my pistols in the future. Thanks OTG for a great product.
They make great holsters here. I was a bit skeptical at first because I was unfamiliar with their name but upon receiving my order, I immediately went back to their website and ordered another.
I own a lot of kydex holsters, I’ve experienced manufactures using cheap kydex, I’ve had holsters that either were too big or too small, fitting terribly but and I’m absolutely impressed with Off the Grid Concepts. Especially, since they have been able to accommodate unique weapon and light combinations. It’s a solid fit.
Definitely consider buying your holster from Off the Grid Concepts.
Hex cuts are those little scallops cut into the side of the holster so the bottom color shows through or in a single color holster you can get them cut all the way through to have a gear like look to your holster.
